Wikipedia defines Rolfing as:
"A holistic system of soft tissue manipulation and movement education that organized the whole body in gravity"
Basically gravity, over time, has a negative effect on certain parts of the human body. So palpating certain connective tissues will negate gravity. But can you Rolf a dog?
